*Required Documents for Electronic Visa (Adult) with Insurance

• ✓ Passport - Original and copy of a valid passport with at least 6 (six) months validity.
  ✓ Visa Application Form. Must be filled out online (Chinese Visa Application Form).
  ✓ 2 recent passport-size photos with white background.
  ✓ National ID or Birth Certificate
  ✓ Financial Details: Proof of funds (e.g., bank statements with solvency certificate or sponsorship letter). for the last 6 months.
  ✓ Hotel booking confirmation. Return air ticket booking.
  ✓ Business Documents - A copy of Trade License, in English and notarized, Certificate of Incorporation and Article of Memorandum (If any) Letterhead Pad and a copy of Business Card (For a Business Person).
  ✓ Job Documents - Office ID Card, No Objection Certificate (NOC), GO or Note verbal (Official or Diplomatic passport only), Salary statement & salary certificate, Visiting Card (For Job holder).
  ✓ Letter from School/College/University & ID Card - If the applicant is a student, include a hard copy of the letter from School/College/University & ID Card. (For Student)
  ✓ Travel Itinerary Day-by-day travel plan within China.
  ✓ Note - All applicants must submit original hard copies/clear scan copies of every required document at the time of application submission.
